Service Delivery Process:

Services are delivered according to the agreed project milestones and timelines outlined in the service contract.

Ownership and Payment Terms:

Ownership of all project results remains with heyboss until full payment of the agreed balance is received and the project is officially closed. A project is deemed officially closed only upon mutual agreement by both parties.

Portfolio Use:

heyboss retains the right to use all completed project results, including websites and related work, in its portfolio for promotional and marketing purposes, regardless of project closure status.

Communication During Delivery:

Regular progress updates will be provided to ensure transparency and alignment with the client’s goals. Clients are encouraged to provide timely feedback and communicate any changes to avoid delays in project completion.

Delays and Adjustments:

While heyboss strives to adhere to agreed timelines, delays caused by client actions (e.g., untimely feedback, incomplete requirements) may necessitate timeline adjustments.
