Cancellation Policy

At heyboss, we understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to offer flexible cancellation options for our clients. The following terms outline our cancellation policy:

    Project Cancellation:

    Clients may cancel a project before any work has commenced. If a client cancels a project after paying a deposit, the deposit will not be refunded.

    Maintenance Subscription Cancellation:

    Clients may cancel their maintenance subscription at any time. Payments already made for maintenance subscriptions are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.

    Pausing and Resuming Maintenance Subscriptions:

    • Clients may pause their maintenance subscription at any time.
    • Upon pausing, any unused days from the current subscription period will be preserved.
    • The subscription can be resumed at the client’s discretion, with the remaining days applied, and the subscription payment date updated accordingly based on the resumed usage.

    Notice of Cancellation or Pause:

    All cancellations or pauses must be communicated in writing to [email protected]. Upon receipt of the cancellation or pause request, heyboss will confirm the request and provide further details if necessary.
